Your responsibilities

:
In Registrar and Transfer Agent Services in the Fund Business Unit, Alternative Investment
Funds, your key responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining investors’ data internally, setting up and keeping up-to-date investor
  registers of the Funds
  
• Handling redemptions, subscriptions, transfers and other transaction requests
  quickly and accurately to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  
• Drafting and addressing any investor communication/reporting in line with Fund
  documentation (e.g. capital call / distribution notices, shareholding confirmations,
  quarterly investor reports, etc)
  
• Processing capital transactions in the system (transfers, capital calls, distributions)
  
• Monitoring and reconciliation of payments to and from investors (capital calls /
  distributions)
  
• Ensuring that all client, investor and internal queries are addressed efficiently,
  accurately and in a timely manner
  

Your profile
We are looking for individuals who:

• Have strong knowledge of the Transfer Agency processes
  
• Have 4-6 years of relevant experience in Investor Services or PE/RE Fund
  Administration
  
• Have had previous exposure to fund documentation (LPAs, PPMs, Articles of
  Association etc.)
  
• Have strong competencies in MS Office applications, ideally previous exposure to
  Investran
  
• Have strong communications and interpersonal skills, strong client servicing
  experience
  
• Have a sense  responsibility, are accurate and organized in their work
  
• Are fluent in English.
