Scala Masterclass Juniors/Mediors/Seniors - Rotterdam – Consultancy – up to €60K

For a fast growing consultancy company located in the Rotterdam area and with highly know clients in the Randstad region in The Netherlands, I am looking for Java developers that are keen to learn Scala.

Toegether with 20 other Java/Scala developers you will be working on different projects. They have an interesting client portfolio with technological challenging full-stack projects. 80% of the current projects are based on new to build software, so if you are a creative technical Java developer looking for something new, instead of making a few custom made applicatications or maintenance, come and join a team of experts within this field.

The Scala Masterclass starts every month, experinced Java developers can choose out of the 3 main Scala courses: starters, advanced and in depth. Those courses will take about 3 weeks and at the end you will get you will be a Scala Certified developer.

From Monday till Thursday you will be working at the client on site and on Fridays, all developer will come together to exchange knowledge and work on new technologies. This means that you will not only be applying what you have learn but also keeping your knowledge up to date. Week after week you will become more experienced.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Java J2EE developer
- Knoweledge of Javascript frameworks. AngularJS, JQuery
- Experience with Enterprise Java, (Spring,Hibernate,Hadoop,Solr,Maven,Gradle,Git.)
- Knowledge of open source technologies trends
- Perfect command of the English language
- Professional and flexible attitude
