RECEPTIONIST

The function:

Operating and updating the telephone exchange

Helping to implement a new telephone exchange

Preparing and receiving visitors

Distribution of incoming mail and the dispatch of mailings and outgoing mail

Booking flights, hotel stays and rental cars for colleagues and helping to implement a new system for this

Performing various other administrative tasks

Our ideal candidate:

You have experience with customer contact

You see areas for improvement and proactively address them

You are representative, customer-friendly, have good communication skills and a commercial attitude

You speak and understand Dutch and English, so that you can speak to all our guests.

You are a flexible team player with a great sense of responsibility

You remain calm in a hectic work environment and are able to maintain an overview

You have knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) and can easily pick up new systems

We offer you:

A temporary part-time job that is spread over all working days, morning and afternoon (schedule to be determined in consultation) for 19 hours per week

A salary between €2811 and €3090 gross per month, with secondary employment conditions such as 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days, a generous profit-sharing scheme and FiscFree options
