The Solution Architect actively contributes to the Corporate ICT team in the execution of the Kiwa Corporate ICT strategy and operates mainly as advisor and guardian of the Corporate Application Landscape and Architecture principles.

Description

As the Solution Architect you are a team player and you will work on complex corporate business-and IT-related projects. You will work closely together in flexible teams with roles as Product Owners, Business Consultants, Functional Consultants and Project Managers. Projects like (but not exclusively) acquisitions, integrations, cloud transformations, ERP implementation, business process standardization and harmonization will be your daily job. You are not only an guardian and advisor; you do like to implement your solutions as well, using proven Agile based methods.You are working on the edge of Business, IT and Market developments.

Reporting to the 'Corporate ICT Director', the Solution Architect is responsible for defining and maintaining the corporate application framework. You are working in teams to verify requirements, form a future proof solution and to realize project objectives within the architecture framework. You are a hands-on, flexible, and experienced solution architect. You can switch between operational and strategic level, and you are responsible for the indirect leadership of corporate projects using Kiwa corporate-or local resources or through the use of the IT partners. The Solution Architect will be a key member in the digital transformation of Kiwa, aligning his/her work in close collaboration with the business, such as country managers.

• Contribute to the Corporate standards and Corporate Application Landscape and the
  digital transformation of Kiwa;
• Assist the Corporate ICT Director with the development of new Business Models and
  harmonizing of the IT landscape;
• Assist the business and work closely with business partners on different levels to assist
  with the delivery of their functional objectives;
• Take inputs from a variety of sources and accurately reflect them into corporate
  solutions;
• Translate complex project requests to a clear architectural overview with clear
  requirements;
• Collaborate closely with flexible teams within Corporate ICT to meet the project tasks;
• Supporting the development of the Corporate ICT strategy in the years to come;
• The Solution Architect will need to be prepared to carry out occasional international
  travel and be prepared to have a varying level of work (extensive overtime balanced with less work on off-peaks due to the planning of our roll out programs).
