As a Senior Brand Manager Europe (FMCG), you have the responsibility to:

•     Lead and coordinate the sourcing network change project across multiple Danone Dairy brands;
•     Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a complex matrix organisation, both locally and across the EU;
•     Maintain a helicopter view of the project while diving into details where needed;
•     Identify and challenge consumer risks and ensure brand integrity throughout the transition;
•     Drive planning, organisation, and execution of project milestones with precision;
•     Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing-driven environment;
• A background in brand management within FMCG or similar sectors;

• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
