Together with your colleagues, you will work from the inhouse office to optimize the staffing of the client. You are the linking pin between the temporary worker, the client, and Charlie. You ensure that the planning is correct and that both the client and temporary employees can always come to you with questions. You are able to independently run the inhouse branch and achieve the agreed KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• You have professional education (MBO 4 / HBO) level.
• You speak English, Dutch/Polish is nice to have.
• You are willing to work on weekends.
• You are not afraid to be critical, and you are a trusted advisor.
• You are stress-resistant, are able to keep an overview, and you are creative.
• You think in terms of solutions and possibilities.
• You have an advantage if you have experience in the temporary employment industry.
