As a Independent Chef at Wok Restaurant Royal Palace, you will be part of a dynamic kitchen team that values quality and collaboration. What You Will Do:

• Prepare and cook: dishes according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste.
• Monitor: the flavor, presentation, and doneness of dishes to maintain quality.
• Follow: HACCP guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
• Manage: inventory levels and inspect incoming deliveries to maintain stock quality.
• Support: and guide kitchen assistants during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment and values quality and teamwork.

• MBO-3 diploma, preferably in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
• Proficient in basic cooking techniques and HACCP guidelines.
• Experience in high-pressure kitchens; calm under peak moments.
• Available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English; Chinese is a bonus.
