You will be working in a production environment related to the food industry! The company has recently been renovated and now features new machines, a beautiful cafeteria, and luxurious employee changing rooms and lockers. You’ll also have free access to the on-site gym, where a personal trainer gives classes three times a week. The workplace is easily accessible and is located in the industrial area of Raamsdonkveer.

As a production worker, you’ll be part of a lively team of over 30 colleagues in a modern production facility. Working in a 2-shift system, you’ll help oversee the entire production process — from raw materials to finished products. We produce a wide variety of peanut butter for a diverse customer base, so no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and setting up production machines

• Troubleshooting minor technical issues

• Performing routine maintenance on equipment

• Checking finished products for quality and consistency

We do not provide accommodations. You need to live in the surroundings of Raamsdonkveer.

You will work in 2 shifts from 6:00 to 14:15 and from 14:00 to 22:15.

Requirements for working as a production worker:

• You’ve already worked in a production environment

• You know how to solve little technical issues on the production line

• Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products)

• Basic understanding of English or Dutch

• Willingness to help your co-workers on the production line

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Here’s what we offer when you work as a production worker:

• A gross monthly salary between €2,850 and €3,400, depending on age and experience

• A 2-shift allowance of 8%

• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

• A thirteenth-month bonus and reimbursement of travel expenses
