In this part-time role, you’ll work from Monday to Friday, between 5.00 am and 10.30 am.

And another bonus: your tasks vary, so the work doesn’t become too physically demanding or boring. At FedEx, you’ll earn €15.16 an hour and work part-time. That leaves you plenty of time for things like your studies and hobbies. So read on!

This is what you’ll be doing
As a warehouse assistant at FedEx in Vianen (Utrecht region), you’ll ensure that all parcels are delivered to the right address on time each morning. As soon as the lorries arrive from Schiphol, you and your colleagues will start unloading the cargo. 

Everything goes onto the conveyor belt and, using a hand-held scanner, you’ll sort the various items of post. Your colleagues on the other side of the belt will then take over. Together, you’ll ensure the process runs smoothly and efficiently!

Don’t have any experience yet? No problem – at FedEx, you’ll learn everything you need to know! Once you’ve got the hang of the job and want to keep learning, there’s certainly plenty of opportunity for that at FedEx. 

You’ll receive regular training here, so you’ll keep learning new things. That’ll look great on your CV too! After a while, you could, for example, get your forklift licence or start working in the security department.

• Able and willing to carry out physically demanding work; some parcels can be quite heavy
• A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
• Availability of at least 12 hours per week and a willingness to work in the mornings
• A forklift licence is an advantage
