You get to work in a technical environment and contribute to creating sustainable products! As a production employee in Ospel, you will operate modern machines and help produce sustainable products. You will follow the production process closely. At this company you are part of an informal team with short communication lines and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and further develop yourself.

You make sure the machines run smoothly and all products meet quality standards. Your top 3 tasks are:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining machines such as laminators, sealing machines, and milling machines.
• Checking product quality and identifying any deviations.
• Resolving minor technical issues.

You will work from Monday to Friday in day shifts from 07:30 to 16:00. Due to increased demand and company growth, the production team will eventually change to a two-shift schedule.

You pay attention to details, have technical insight and live close to Ospel. Additionally:

• You speak fluent Dutch or English.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• You are available 24 to 40 hours per week and open to working in a two-shift schedule in the future.

This family-owned company in Ospel produces lightweight and sustainable panels for the automotive and construction industries, including roofs, floors and doors. They focus on environmentally friendly solutions and innovation. You’ll be joining a growing company that values progress and development.

The working atmosphere is informal and collaborative. You will work alongside a team of about 15 production employees and rotate between six to seven production lines, giving you variety in your work and plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills.

You will work between 24 and 40 hours per week and can count on:

• A gross hourly wage starting at €16.00.
