• Assemble and test high-tech modules according to work instructions and technical drawings
• Perform precision work such as soldering, bonding, and fine mechanical assembly
• Ensure product quality meets strict specifications and standards
• Identify, analyze, and report deviations or recurring issues
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of assembled products
• Work according to lean manufacturing (5S+1) and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and contamination-free workspace
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues when needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process
• Collaborate with teams such as production engineering, quality, and material handling

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 3 or 4 (or equivalent), preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Experience with fine mechanical assembly is a strong plus
• Experience with soldering, adhesives, and precision tools
• Basic understanding of electrical principles (e.g. resistance, induction) is a plus
• Experience working in a clean or controlled production environment
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Basic experience with Excel or SAP is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude

• A competitive salary between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
