We are looking for a passionate Industrial Product Designer to join our designer dream team and help us successfully deliver user-friendly, appealing, and creative designs from concept to delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment.

Description

As an Industrial Product Designer, you'll be handling multiple, different projects simultaneously. Tasks usually include:

• Meeting with clients to establish the design brief, including the concept, performance and production criteria.
• Researching materials, processes or market requirements such as watching consumer trends to identify desirable product traits
• Overseeing the design projects throughout their development life cycle, from concept to delivery.
• Working on ideas as part of a team, both cross-disciplinary and with team members in our other locations (China and USA based teams)
• Producing detailed, hand drawings and specifications or, using 3D software to produce design specifications, including part lists.
• Making samples or working models, for testing the feasibility of a concept, by hand or by means of 3D printing
• Attend or arranging meetings and cooperate with engineers and other departments, including marketing, to discuss and negotiate appropriate production processes, costs and commercial issues where needed.
• Making presentations to senior design management or clients, either when bidding for a contract or to present design proposals.
• Occasionally travelling to production facilities and evaluating the feasibility of production
• Any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
