At this specialized company in Nuenen, we are looking for a skilled Assembly operator to build complex wooden packaging constructions. These are not standard boxes, but tailor-made packaging solutions for transporting heavy, valuable, and high-tech products worldwide.

Based on technical drawings and detailed specifications, you will carefully assemble unique constructions using wood, metal, and foam. You will work with a wide range of hand tools and power tools such as drills, milling machines, and saws. Every project is different, which makes craftsmanship, accuracy, and problem-solving skills essential.

Wat wij jou bieden!

• Salary of €16,38 gross per hour
• A stable full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Working hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (Friday until 15:30).
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per km from 6 km.
• Weekly payments every Tuesday.

Wat heb je nodig?

• You are motivated, precise, and enjoy working in an organized way.
• You have strong technical affinity and can read and interpret technical drawings.
• You have proven experience in a similar position or a strong passion for technical assembly/DIY.
• You are skilled in working with hand tools and power tools (drilling, milling, sawing, fastening).
• You are physically fit and able to handle heavier materials.
• You can communicate in Dutch or English B1.
