You define the business and technology vision for your workflows in collaboration with domain experts, businessstakeholdersandengineering;

You lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to build, implementation,optimisationandrun;

You map current global workflows,identifyfragmentation and bottlenecks, and design scalable target workflows,applicationsand datapipelines;

Youvalidatebusiness assumptions, workflowdesignsand technical solution concepts before major buildinvestments;

You guide delivery teams in building and implementing workflow applications,integrationsand datapipelines;

You create a continuous discovery and improvement process thatprioritisesenhancements and automationopportunities;

You drive adoption of workflows and digital products across regions with clear rollout andchange‑managementplans;

You ensure alignment withthird‑partyvendors and internal platform teams to meet Fugro’s architectural and delivery ambitions.

You have experience in product management for integrated digital products, workflowapplicationsordata‑intensiveplatforms;

You bring 10 years of experience in similar senior productroles;

You can define business value and manage value versus cost overtime;

You lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery and build to global adoption andscale;

You manage key stakeholders and driveorganisationalchangeeffectively;

Youdemonstratea track recordof taking products from ideation to successfuladoption;

You understand geotechnical investigations, dataflowsand customer delivery processes (a strong advantage).

A gross monthly salary between €7700 and €9200, depending on your relevant experience. This amount falls within our salary range and offers opportunities for growth within the role;
