Contract: PermanentUren: Salaris:

Job description

As Business Transformation Execution Manager, you will play a key role in translating strategic plans into concrete, executable projects. You will act as the bridge between the management team’s strategic direction and the operational teams responsible for implementation.br /This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. You will be expected to take ownership of important business initiatives, drive progress yourself and remain accountable for the outcome. You create clarity, bring the right people together, make sure decisions are followed by action and ensure that projects lead to measurable business impact.br /You will work on complex, high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and business performance across the organization. These may include process improvements, ERP-related projects, automation opportunities, AI readiness initiatives or other projects that help the company work smarter and become more future-proof.br /Your goal is to help the company increase output and effectiveness, not by working harder, but by working in a more structured, scalable and intelligent way. You will take responsibility for moving initiatives from idea to execution and for making sure that results are embedded in the business.br /br /strongYour responsibilities will include: /strongbr /ulliTranslating strategic objectives from the management team into clear project plans, priorities and concrete actions. /liliTaking ownership of cross-functional business initiatives from start to finish. /liliDriving progress, decision-making and follow-up, also when projects involve ambiguity, dependencies or competing priorities. /liliCreating structure, ownership and momentum in projects that involve multiple departments, stakeholders or business entities. /liliMaking sure that initiatives do not remain “plans on paper”, but are executed, adopted and translated into measurable results. /liliIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce manual work. /liliSupporting large-scale business improvement projects, such as ERP implementation, automation initiatives or AI readiness programs. /liliWorking closely with operational leaders, internal project managers and senior stakeholders to align priorities and ensure progress. /liliChallenging stakeholders constructively where needed, while also moving forward once decisions have been made. /liliProviding clear insight into progress, risks, dependencies and business impact. /liliHelping relieve senior management and company owners from being too involved in day-to-day project execution. /liliEnsuring that project outcomes are embedded, owned and sustained by the organization after implementation. /li /ulbr /This role does not involve direct line management of operational teams. It is also not a traditional PMO or coordination-only position. You are expected to take ownership, make decisions actionable, follow through and ensure that strategic priorities lead to visible and measurable business improvement.H3Requirements /H3The ideal candidate is a socially intelligent, proactive and resilient professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset. You know how to bring structure to a fast-moving environment, but you are also pragmatic enough to work with what is already there.br /You are comfortable operating in an informal, entrepreneurial culture where not everything is fully defined yet. You are able to ask critical questions, challenge senior stakeholders in a constructive way and recover quickly when ideas are adjusted or rejected. You know how to take up the right amount of space: visible and influential, without dominating the room.br /br /strongWe are looking for someone who brings: /strongbr /ulliAround 10 years of relevant professional experience in business execution, transformation, change management, operational excellence, project leadership or a similar role. /liliExperience in a fast-growing, scaling or transforming organization. /liliExperience in a private equity-backed or rapidly professionalizing scale-up environment. /liliA proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and deliver concrete outcomes. /liliThe ability to translate strategic vision into practical operational plans. /liliA hands-on mentality and the willingness to execute parts of projects yourself. /liliStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority. /liliA good understanding of how operational improvements affect commercial performance and the bottom line. /liliAffinity with technology, automation, process optimization and AI-driven improvements. /liliStrong communication skills in English. /liliThe maturity, resilience and social awareness to succeed in a close-knit, informal company culture. /li /ulExperience in a specific IT sector is not required. More important is your ability to navigate rapid growth, bring structure to complex change and successfully embed improvements in the organization.H3Benefits /H3strongFor this full-time position, our client offers: /strongbr /ulliA competitive salary package, depending on your level of relevant experience and seniority.. /liliSome flexibility for an exceptional candidate. /liliThe possibility of a personal year-end bonus, depending on profile and performance. /lili26 vacation days per year. /liliA pension plan with a total contribution of 15%, split equally between employer and employee. /liliAccess to a personal development program, including coaching and other wellbeing-related resources. /liliThe opportunity to help shape a newly created role. /liliA high-impact position close to senior decision-making. /liliThe chance to work on strategic projects that directly influence the future of the organization. /liliAn informal, open and entrepreneurial working environment. /li /ulA company car is not a standard part of the package, but mobility arrangements may be discussed depending on the candidate’s situation and the company’s evolving mobility policy.H3Application Procedure /h3If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply by clicking on the button above.
