Who are you?
You are a senior designer, with experience in thinking out and designing attractive and accessible front-ends for web-applications.
You are someone who takes initiative, has lots of ideas, and is able to channel those ideas into a vision as well as, into UI designs.
You are able to make design decisions involving other stakeholders (customers, developers, specialists) as much as possible.
You like working in a passionate development team, to make our software better and our customers even happier.
You have experience as a senior/lead frontend designer and you like to be responsible for the design, usability and accessibility of our applications.
Who are we?
We are a fast-growing scale-up, developing and delivering large web-applications in the ed-tech market.
We currently have a team of 26 people, with several nationalities, and a 50/50 male to female ratio.
Our software is being used for digital testing & examination, designing online learning paths and building ePortfolios.
Our software is flexible and has a lot of features and possibilities that have a tight integration with many of our customers. We have a very high customer satisfaction rate and are proud of what we make.
Our company has its office in a former 100-year-old school building, in a green environment near Nijkerk and Amersfoort. We have a flat and open organizational culture and work with a young but experienced team of developers, implementation specialists, service desk and sales employees.
You will first be part of the RemindoTest exam application team, but can later cross over to other teams and products as well.
What are you going to do?
You will be working on our existing software product, which is already being used on a very large scale by well-known organizations in the Netherlands. At the same time, we have ambitions to rapidly scale up internationally, giving you a huge user base that will really profit from your work.
Together with our team, you will contribute to the introduction of a new design language for our applications, (re)design new and existing functionalities, and provide our development team with valuable feedback on how to further improve the usability of their work;
