Monitor the established processes

Update and follow up on the events calendar

Assisted in organizing several significant events (Belgium & the
Netherlands) and all job and internship fairs in Belgium, from beginning to end

Support in determining the target audience, location, catering, logistics, etc.

Maintain contact with suppliers and clients

Aid in event communication and promotion

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in communication, marketing, event management, or a related field

You are proactive and entrepreneurial, with a keen eye for organisation and attention to detail

You can work well in a team but also independently

You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

You are available for an internship of at least four months, working 32 hours per week
