As Project Manager R&D, you manage the right processes and functions to translate customer demand into an end product. You are responsible for delivering projects within the set objectives, from a planning perspective as well as a quality and financial perspective.

You have regular contact with the customer and report the progress. You also contribute in a pivotal manner to the project and manage the software/hardware development process within the project. These development processes are different in scope and for both internal and external customers. We develop our projects with a mix of waterfall and/or agile processes. You directly manage the project team of 20 engineers. Within this position, you report to the Manager Projects.
