Are you technically minded, enjoy working with machines, and looking for a job that offers variety and responsibility? We are currently looking for motivated Operators to join our client in Hengelo and work in a 3-shift production environment.

As an Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You ensure that machines and production lines run smoothly, monitor product quality, and take action when necessary to keep production on track.

 

 

What Will You Do?

 

As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring machines and production processes. During your shift, you will continuously oversee production and ensure that all work is carried out safely and according to quality standards.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

·       Operating and setting up various production machines
·       Starting up and shutting down machines and production lines
·       Supplying and inspecting materials
·       Monitoring the production process
·       Performing quality checks
·       Identifying malfunctions and process deviations
·       Solving minor technical issues
·       Recording production data
·       Adjusting and converting machines when necessary
·       Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace


Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and has a good technical understanding. You understand that even small deviations in the production process can affect the final product, so you work accurately and with attention to detail.

·       Has experience in a production environment or is eager to learn
·       Can operate machines independently or is willing to learn

Requirements
For this position, it is important that you have technical insight and can work accurately. Experience in electrical engineering, panel building, or wiring is an advantage. We are looking for someone who Has a technical mindset Has an interest in electrical engineering Can read electrical schematics or is willing to learn Works accurately and with attention to detail Is comfortable using hand tools Can work independently as well as in a team Experience as an Electrician, Panel Builder, Assembly Technician, or Wiring Technician is highly appreciated and will fit well with this role
