The company is located in Montfoort and is easily accessible by car. There is ample parking available nearby. Unfortunately, the location is not well served by public transportation, especially during the early morning and late evening hours. Therefore, having your own transportation is essential.

Are you someone who enjoys getting things done and likes working in a modern, well-organized environment? For our client in Montfoort, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Orderpicker who will help keep the warehouse running smoothly. You will play an important role in receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This is a full-time position in a fixed shift within a team-oriented environment where collaboration is key and where you will have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skills.

As a Warehouse Operative, you play a vital role in the warehouse operation. You ensure that goods are stored in the correct locations, orders are processed on time, and shipments are prepared accurately. You work with attention to detail, think ahead, and maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you help ensure that customers can rely on fast and dependable deliveries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking orders using handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
• Checking incoming goods for quantity and quality;
• Moving and storing goods in the correct warehouse locations;
• Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling, packing, and final inspections;
• Loading and unloading trucks;
• Recording the movement of goods in the system;
• Identifying discrepancies and contributing ideas for process improvements;
• Supporting colleagues with various warehouse tasks.

You will work 40 hours per week and can choose between two shifts:

• Morning shift: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM
• Evening shift: 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM

You will remain in the same shift at all times, allowing you to maintain a consistent work schedule and routine.

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has an MBO level of education and thinking ability (vocational education level);
• Is proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented;
• Speaks Dutch or English;
• Has their own transportation and can reliably arrive at the workplace on time.
