Job description

Logistics / Warehouse Support (Data Center Operations)

We are looking for a Logistics / Warehouse Support professional to join our client on-site data center operations team. In this role, you will support logistics and inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned logistics and warehouse support tasksin a high-volume data center environment
  • Receive, ship, and stage incoming and outgoing IT equipment
  • Track and document hardware movements, including inbound and outbound packages
  • Execute deliveries and processes such as PO receiving and internal movements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and system updates
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and data corrections to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure detailed physical tracking, labeling, and staging of equipment
  • Handle secure destruction and disposal of sensitive devices according to procedures
  • Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining proper documentation
  • Seek guidance when required before proceeding with critical process steps
  • Perform physically active tasks, including moving and handling equipment regularly

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs in a controlled environment
  • Comfortable working on-site in a data center setting
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
