As a Technical Project Manager you will be involved in large automation projects and will work closely with process experts and external consultants to develop and or implement new tools. Your main activities are:

·       Plan development tasks in collaboration with the project team according to agile methodology definition of user stories / tasks / sprint plan).

·       Implement and test process automations according to our development standards and best practices.

·       Create technical documentation.

·       Adhere to project expenditure in line with defined project budget

·       Resolve operational problems and minimize delays in the delivery of projects

·       Perform user acceptance test and deployment.

·       Prepare and conduct go-live.

·       Perform handover to business.

·       Prepare and conduct handover sessions to enable the business to take over maintenance and continuous improvement.

·       As per four-eyes principle conduct code reviews of your colleagues’ implementations.

·       Perform status reporting in project or team meetings.

·       Close collaboration and interaction along the implementation with process analysts and business experts.

You are responsible for the migration of our invoice processing system Basware and you also have an active role in the migration of our ERP system which runs parallel to this. This tool is used by the accounts payable team for the processing of all purchase invoices, but also other finance and controlling teams work with it, and the business for the approval of the purchase invoices.

In this Project you are responsible for:

·       Manage the progress of the project and ensure that it is clear what the schedule, bottlenecks and priorities are.

·       Coordinate with the various departments involved (both within Finance and externally).

·       Planning and coordinating with Basware and Process Owner for the short term but also for the long term (migration in January and hypercare)

·       Watching the Oracle Cloud project from PtP due to the many interfaces with Basware

·       Recording process and project documentation

·       Mapping out the impact on the processes and making an action plan for this

·       Supervising the migration and hypercare phase due to the many adjustments in the processes of Finance and the business
