We are looking for an Query Handling Agent to join the DHL eCommerce Accounts Payable team.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

The eCommerce Accounting team in Maastricht is young, dynamic, and enthusiastic. They are responsible for the accounting of four entities within eCommerce Benelux. As a query handling agent you will be the first contact for suppliers, the business and finance for all queries regarding incoming invoices and payments.

Key tasks:

• Handle all incoming queries regarding invoices and payments
• contact to stakeholders and Budget Holders
• Proactive and able to come up with process improvements
• Preventing future queries if possible through contacting suppliers / business partners / budget holders proactively if necessary
• Handle queries for all entities
• Responsible for vendormaster (create new suppliers and maintain excisting)
• Instruct suppliers and business partners regarding local PtP policies.

Do you have what it takes?

• MBO level (economic/financial), with administrative experience in an accounting environment
• Excellent communication and strong soft skills
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Basware)
• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and systems is preferred
• You are fluent in Dutch and have good command of English
