As a Bell Pepper Harvester, you are responsible for harvesting bell peppers in a modern greenhouse environment. The process is supported by advanced technology to ensure high quality and efficiency; however, the harvesting itself is done manually and requires precision and care. You will work as part of a friendly team, cooperating closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets. The work takes place in a warm and humid greenhouse, where wearing safety shoes is mandatory to prevent slipping and to ensure safe work on adjustable carts that rise as the plants grow.
