Royal Swinkels is a large family business that brewsmultiple brands of beer. They have been doing this for more than300 years with enormous pleasure and success. The Bavaria Brewery'sbottling plant consists of a large, ultramodern machine park thatbottles approximately 95,000 cans and/or bottles perhour.

You will join a nice team consisting ofdifferent nationalities so that both Dutch and English isspoken.

The Bottling Plant is located inLieshout, a small village within easy reach by car from Eindhoven,Helmond, Veghel and Uden.

For our client Brewery Bavaria, we are looking formotivated machine operators who are ready to work in a 3-shiftsystem. Do you already have experience in production or logisticsand want to take the next step in your career? Or are youcompletely new but eager to learn a skilled trade? In both cases,we’d love to meet you!

As a machine operator inBavaria’s bottling plant, every shift begins with a short teammeeting where you and your colleagues discuss the latest updates:ongoing orders, open tasks, and any technical issues. After that,you head to your workstation for a dynamic and variedworkday.

Your tasksinclude:

• Troubleshooting and solvingmalfunctions
• Rebuilding machines together withcolleagues
• Performing maintenancework
• Refilling cardboard and plasticsupplies
• Carrying out qualitychecks. 
• And, of course, keeping yourworkplace clean and safe

New to thejob? No problem! You’ll receive thorough training from your teamleader and experienced instructors. Most roles have a 4-weekonboarding program to get you fully up to speed with the bottlingplant and its machinery.

Shiftschedule in the bottlingplant:

• Early shift:06:00 – 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 –22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 –06:00

Functie-eisen

• Full-time available in 3shifts;
• Good command of Dutch and/orEnglish;
• Experience in production or eager tolearn.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• You start with an attractive gross hourlywage of €16.34, including the ADV allowance. After 26 weeks ofwork, your salary will increase, so your efforts are rewarded overtime.
• Travel costs are reimbursed, up to amaximum of 50 kilometers one way, making your commute moreaffordable.
• When you work in the evening,night, or early morning hours (between 18:00 and 06:00), you willreceive a shift bonus of 150%, giving your paycheck a niceboost.
• On top of your salary, you also accrue8% holiday allowance, so you can enjoy a well-earnedvacation.
• You’ll receive comfortable andpractical Bavaria work clothing, so you’re always well equipped onthe job.
• And finally, your salary is paid outevery week via Olympia, so you never have to wait long for yourearnings.
