The connecting link between our customers and our after-sales activities.

Who are we:

Hytrans is an innovative and successful production organization that develops and produces high-quality mobile water transport systems. Hytrans is an international market leader and supplies 'state of the art' mobile water transport systems worldwide that are used, among other things, in disaster relief and rescue operations. Approximately 80 motivated employees work in Lemmer who sell, develop, assemble and provide support to the products. After delivery, training is provided for the end users. A vacancy (m/f) has arisen within the After Sales department for an enthusiastic Aftersales Service Engineer.

Main activities in this position:

Analyze, register and resolve any malfunctions.Independently carry out service work, inspections and maintenance on our systems.Digitally record the work carried out and reports.Providing instructions and explanations to customers about the use of machines and systems and answering operational customer questions. Coordinating the activities between customer and work preparation.

What do we ask of you:

An MBO 4 education in technology or this level built up through work experience.Affinity with hydraulics, mechanics, electrical engineering and control technology software.A proactive, independently operating troubleshooter.A reasonable command of the German and English language (or willingness to learn this).Driving License B. A flexible attitude towards working hours and international travel.
