The Online/omni-channel Marketeer is responsible for the implementation of all online operational and sales activities and report to the Director of Marketing.
- Joint development of BSFO omni-channel marketing strategy and calendar with the Marketing Director and Ecommerce Project Team
- Advise and implement CRO to convert website traffic into (online) sales.
- Support the launch and implementation of the omni-channel/ecommerce platform
- Translate business needs into campaign objectives and media mix.
- Set up, run and optimise campaigns to reach the online sales objectives for BSFO through hypotheses and A/B testing, resulting in better CTR and conversion
- Plan, control and implement online brand/seasonal marketing campaigns incl. performance analyses. Create relevant messages based on where prospects are in the funnel (awareness-consideration-online conversion).
- Pre-qualify incoming leads to MQL (marketing qualified leads) and nurture them further to SQL (sales qualified leads)
- Support and update all digital channels including website and online market place as well as the creation of editorial content for the channels
- Manage and improve SEA, constantly improve SEO and monitor consumer trends and deriving measures
- Copy writing for search rankings
- Brief the external digital agency and media agency as part of the digital activities
- Expand the online presence via social media (e.g. FB, IG, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the social media manager
- Monitor and analyse digital KPIs and prepare regular reports
