Wat ga je doen?

As a full-time logistics operator, you are responsible for managing your team and ensuring that the process runs smoothly. 
Your responsibilities will be to train, motivate and lead your team.

Responsibilities that are part of the position are activities such as:

Order picking, packing, scanning, counting products or other tasks.

training new colleagues;

communication with the manager of the warehouse;

working with warehouse systems such as SAP and WMS;

operate steam/ironing and plastic machines;

reporting improvements;

you are responsible for the progress of the operational process.

You will work in the 2-shifts and in the busy period in the 3-shift system.

Waar ga je werken?

The company is an ironing factory located in Lelystad. The clothes come in boxes and are then put on the hangers, and then go through the ironing/steaming machines. 
After this process, they are packed in plastic by a machine and the products are loaded into the trucks.

Wie ben je?

HAVO/MBO working and thinking level;

2 or more years of experience in a similar logistics position;

you are willing to work shifts and weekends;

you are a good communicator;

1 or more years of experience in a team leader position;

you have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;

you are flexible and have a proactive attitude.
