As a Project Quality Manager, you are
responsible for leading the quality function within a new
manufacturing facility. You ensure compliance with food safety,
quality and regulatory requirements while driving a strong quality
culture and continuous improvement across all project activities.
- Lead the implementation and
continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP/cGMP, FSSC 22000, ISO
and food safety standards;
- Oversee laboratory
operations, quality monitoring and hygiene programs;
- Manage regulatory compliance and interactions with
regulatory authorities;
- Coordinate internal,
external and certification audits and follow-up actions;
- Drive quality performance through KPI monitoring, root
cause analysis and CAPA management;
- Support
SAP implementation in line with compliance requirements;
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality
reviews.
What we are
looking for:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or a
related field;
- 5–10+ years of experience in
quality roles within manufacturing environments;
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP/cGMP, FSMS
and regulatory compliance;
- Experience with
audits, CAPA, non-conformities and quality systems
management;
- Experience leading and developing
teams;
- Knowledge of SAP is an
advantage;
- Strong analytical, leadership and
stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent
communication and presentation abilities.
