What are the responsibilities of this job?
- You Maintain, update and communicate relevant information (regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers;
- You analyze operational logistic status, inform involved stakeholder adequately - and derive and implement alternative measures to adopt to changing situations;
- You Complete and communicate deficiency and status reports regarding material and product availability for Project Management (PM).
- You Document and process complaints or transport damages, in cooperation with other accountable stakeholders (PM, Purchase, Insurance, Controlling, Quality, Engineering), - and propose and implement remedial measures with transport service providers;
- You coordinate return of logistic infrastructure and on-site equipment used, in support of Project Logistics Management, and steer respective logistics operations with service providers;
- You support Project development, calculation and implementation of logistic contingency measures;
- You support Project Management in concluding of project evaluation and advancement of the project-specific process of customer supply;
- You may support Project Management in tender preparation as well as supplier evaluation.
