Yacht Life Sciences has a vacancy for a Project Manager/ Change Management Associate - Vaccine Testing, to work at Janssen Vaccines & Prevention B.V. in Leiden.

We are searching for a candidate to manage change related release and stability testing for the COVID vaccine. In your role you will be accountable for change management. In scope are analytical processes at External manufacturers, External test labs and internal Janssen Laboratories. The Changes will have significant impact on a wide range of departments, from Analytical development to RA, QA and many more.

You will combine your experience in testing and quality processes, with your talent for keeping clear overviews. You need coordination skills to maintain the current projects ongoing. You require project management skills, and you understand how to utilize management review and governance structures to ensure project are running according to plan. You are a strong influencer, and you understand the bigger picture. By working in the Vaccine testing group, you will be involved in a large and complex supply chain, with several manufacturing sites and testing sites, and a broad range of different departments. You will have a lot of freedom in the role to develop smart processes, and as a result you need to be creative, proactive and you need to have a problem-solving mindset.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities will be:

• Manage complex change projects in cooperation with many different stakeholders
• Ensure a standard process with standard governance structures and roles and responsibilities is set up
• Keep clear overviews on stakeholders
• Keep clear overviews of different projects 
• Set up and maintain planning and reporting tools
• Ensure timely and proper reporting governance boards
