Description

• Selling our service, in accordance with the applicable specifications, rates and services
• You ensure a good contractual recording and implementation in collaboration with the Sales Support
• Developing and maintaining a network within E-commerce in the Netherlands
• You represent Mondial Relay at trade fairs and network meetings
• Continuously monitoring the satisfaction of the customers and where necessary in consultation with the other disciplines within the organization improving the quality of service
• Ensure compliance with the procedures and record all data in the appropriate CRM
