• MBO level 4 work and thinking level
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Full‑time availability and willingness to participate in on‑call shifts (1 week per month)

Functieomschrijving

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at O‑I in Leerdam, you are responsible for maintaining and overhauling our glass production machines. You will work within the machine maintenance department and play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of our production process. Your mechanical expertise keeps our complex machinery running optimally and supports the production of high‑quality, sustainable glass packaging. The work is highly diverse, and every machine brings its own challenges.

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on glass production machines
• Maintaining, inspecting, and overhauling machinery\
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions and potential failure risks
• Reporting technical findings in a professional manner
• Contributing to production efficiency through your technical expertise
