You’ll support the Store Manager, coach colleagues on the shop floor and help create a welcoming store experience which results in outstanding results. No two days are the same - one moment you’re helping a customer find the perfect fit, the next you’re coaching one of your Style Advisors or you’re bring daily store operations to the next level.

• Location: Laren

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week (you tell us what is possible)

• Weekend: one weekend day per week is required

• Salary: €3.000-3.478 per month depending on skills and experience

• Bonus: 10% of the monthly salary (based on hitting KPIs)

• Customer & Brand Experience: Bring the MR MARVIS service style to life on the shop floor. Welcome customers, support them with fit and styling advice, and help them feel confident in what they wear.
  

• Planning & Daily Operations: Support staff scheduling, daily task planning, stock management, inventory checks and store administration, and help keep the store running smoothly when the Store Manager is away.
  

• Store Performance: Support the Store Manager in reaching commercial targets, using KPIs and turning daily performance into clear actions for the team.
  

• Team Coaching: Motivate colleagues, share feedback and help the team grow in product knowledge, service and sales during real shop floor moments.
  

• Store Standards: Keep the store, fitting rooms and stock areas clean, organised and ready for customers, following our visual merchandising guidelines.
  

• Local Store Events: Help organise in-store events and create a welcoming experience for customers.

• At least 1 year of experience in a senior retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role, you enjoy coaching colleagues in a hands-on way and helping a team perform well.

• You enjoy helping customers and creating a friendly, service-focused experience and understand how this contributes to store performance (KPIs).

• You are flexible, reliable and comfortable being visible on the shop floor.

• You communicate clearly in Dutch or English.

• You are comfortable using store systems and basic digital tools for ordering, scheduling, inventory counts and analysis. We will teach you the rest.

• Available 32-40 hours per week, including one weekend day. Tell us what is possible.

• Ideally, you can communicate in both Dutch and English, especially with local and international customers. This is a plus, not a must-have.

• Previous experience in retail as Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Assistant.
