What are you going to do

As a Production Employee Flowers & Plants, you will work in a greenhouse where temperatures range from 20 to 30°C in summer and around 10°C in winter. Most tasks are performed while standing.

Responsibilities:

Collect and prepare orders for shipment

Perform quality inspections and sort shipments

Assemble or wrap carts with foil and apply stickers

Clean work areas

Check the quality of flowers and plants

The standard working days are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During peak season, there is the opportunity to work extra hours, either from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM or on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM. Weekly working hours range from 40 to 45.

Command of the English and/or Dutch language

Physically fit because you are moving all day

You are willing to work overtime and long days (9 hours)

Stability, independence, reliability and flexibility

Own transport is ideal as the company is difficult to reach by public transport

What do we offer you?

A salary of €14,71 gross per hour

An additional € gross per month if you also work Saturdays (from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM)
