As Risk Officer Operational Risk Management (ORM), you ensure that the organisation effectively manages operational risks by performing incident analyses, supporting thematic reviews, providing input for quarterly reporting, and conducting independent reviews of RCSA results to identify vulnerabilities in processes and execution.
You track trends in incidents and operational performance and advise departments on root causes, control measures and improvement actions. You prepare clear incident reports, RCA analyses and risk briefings. In addition, you manage incident and action documentation, validate data with the involved teams, and support governance and audit processes. You also contribute to the further development of evaluation templates, RCA methodologies and standard procedures.

You work within the Operational Risk Management team of the Risk department. On a daily basis, you collaborate with Operations, HSE, IT, Project Teams and Plant Management to analyse and follow up on incidents, KRIs and RCSA outputs.
