Role Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the team in our IJmuiden office. The role will be a combination of both warehouse work and delivery driving work, the amount of each will vary depending on the business needs of the day. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse duties and a must have a full clean NL driving licence.

What you’ll be doing

Picking & packing products to be dispatched locally and internationally.

Ensuring customers receive the correct goods on time and in excellent condition.

Taking deliveries and ensuring stock is sorted and processed.

Maintaining stock records and completing all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.

Reporting any concerns, problems, incidents, or accidents to the Warehouse Manager in accordance with Company policy.

Ensuring warehousing goals are met.

Keeping the warehouse and service area clean and tidy.

Delivering products, driving responsibly, and upholding the Company’s brand.

Communicating effectively and working closely with colleagues in the team and in the office.

Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Quality, and Security compliance standards.

Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements

Warehouse experience

Full clean NL driving licence

Excellent organisational and prioritising skills

Strong attention to detail and high focus on accuracy

Good communication skills with a courteous manner

Proactive and a self-starter who is able to multi-task

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Reliable and trustworthy with a good work ethic

Good IT / excel skills
