As a Logistic Engineering Manager, you
will lead strategic warehouse automation and intralogistics
projects within a highly automated manufacturing environment. You
will drive the implementation of advanced material handling
solutions and ensure seamless integration between logistics,
automation and production systems.
- Lead intralogistics and warehouse automation projects
from concept to implementation;
- Develop and
implement ASRS, AGV and AMR solutions;
- Define
material flow concepts, storage strategies and logistics
processes;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and IT;
- Manage supplier selection, technical evaluations and
system integration activities;
- Oversee
installation, commissioning, testing and operational
handover;
- Monitor project scope, budgets,
timelines and deliverables;
- Drive continuous
improvement in warehouse automation and material handling
processes.
What we are
looking for:
- Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation or a related
field;
- 6–10 years of experience in warehouse
automation, intralogistics or material handling
projects;
- Experience with ASRS, shuttle
systems, automated warehouses or rack solutions;
- Hands-on experience with AGV and AMR
technologies;
- Knowledge of WMS, MES, ERP and
SAP systems;
- Experience leading large-scale
engineering projects from design to start-up;
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder
management skills;
- Fluent in English, both
written and spoken.
