Wat ga je doen?

Als Inspector Detail Component voer je inspectiewerkzaamheden aan onderdelen, modules en componenten van gasturbine motoren uit.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Met gebruik van visuele middelen, mechanische en elektrische meetgereedschappen en/of instrumenten voor je, binnen de regelgeving, richtlijnen en bevoegdheden, inspectie werkzaamheden aan gasturbine motoren uit volgens de gestelde planning. Uiteraard zorg je voor een juiste administratieve verwerking van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het correct vastleggen van inspectiebevindingen en meetgegevens.
Aan de hand van goedgekeurde technische onderhoudsinstructies, meetrapporten en werkinstructies interpreteer je de conditie van het luchtvaartcomponent. Ook verwachten wij van jou dat je tijdig productieverstoringen meldt aan de Production Cell leader of Production Planner.
We vragen je naar voorstellen tot en deelnemen aan de uitvoering van verbeterprojecten.
 

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een technische opleiding en/of ervaring als Inspector Detail Component of vergelijkbaar. Ervaring in de luchtvaart industrie is een pré. Je hebt MBO werk -en denkniveau en een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, in verband met het kunnen lezen, begrijpen en interpreteren van (Engelstalige) technische informatie en/of voorschriften. De luchtvaartbranche eist correcte verslaglegging, dus eigenschappen als kritisch en nauwkeurig zijn belangrijk in deze functie,. Het is een functie met veel verschillende taken, dus je bent goed in het stellen van prioriteiten en communiceert makkelijk met collega’s.

As a Detail Component Inspector, you will perform inspections on parts, modules, and components of gas turbine engines.

What are your responsibilities?

Using visual aids, mechanical and electrical measuring tools, and/or instruments, you will perform inspection work on gas turbine engines in accordance with regulations, guidelines, and your authority, following the established schedule. Naturally, you will ensure the proper administrative processing of the work performed and the accurate recording of inspection findings and measurement data.

Based on approved technical maintenance instructions, measurement reports, and work instructions, you will assess the condition of the aviation component. We also expect you to promptly report production disruptions to the Production Cell Leader or Production Planner.

We encourage you to propose and participate in the implementation of improvement projects.

Who are you?

You have technical training and/or experience as a Detail Component Inspector or in a similar role. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus. You have a high school diploma and a good command of the English language, as you will need to read, understand, and interpret (English-language) technical information and/or regulations. The aviation industry demands accurate reporting, so qualities such as critical thinking and precision are important in this role. It is a position with many different tasks, so you are good at setting priorities and communicate easily with colleagues.
