Do you like combining hands-on cleanroom work with leading a small team and keeping logistics and planning under control?

As Working Foreman Cleanroom in Hooge Mierde, you work in a modern, sterile environment for reusable packaging in the automotive sector . You start your day with a short stand-up with your team, align priorities with the Site Manager and then divide your time between the cleanroom, the warehouse and your laptop. You keep an eye on quality, support your colleagues on the floor, coordinate transports and make sure orders run smoothly from incoming goods to shipment. You work in stable day shifts between roughly 07:00 and 18:00, so you know where you stand and can plan your life around your job .

Wat je gaat doen:

• You keep the cleanroom spotless by following fixed cleaning, decontamination and hygiene procedures.
• You support assembly and carry out visual quality checks on racks and textiles, including correct labelling and documentation.
• You coordinate incoming and outgoing goods flows, plan transports and keep overview of materials and reusable packaging.
• You monitor the weekly planning, update schedules and handle basic administration such as inventory, e-mails and simple reports.
• You guide and coach a small international team on the work floor, give clear feedback and help new colleagues get up to speed.

• Gross monthly salary €2,800–€3,200 based on 40 hours

Wat we van je vragen

You are a hands-on cleanroom foreman who combines logistics insight with people-focused leadership in a structured, international environment.

• Available 32–40 hours weekly, daytime shifts between 07:00–18:00
• Living within commuting distance of Hooge Mierde, Noord-Brabant
• MBO 3 work and thinking level, preferably technical or logistics
• Experience in cleanroom and/or assembly production environment
• Strong communicator, coaching, team-oriented and reliably supportive
• Comfortable in fast-paced, sterile, highly structured work setting
• Good English and Polish; Dutch language is a clear advantage
• Confident with Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word on PC
