Cycle Count Employee - Hoofddorp Region
As a cycle count employee, you are a crucial link in the warehouse operations. You ensure that the administrative stock in the system perfectly matches the actual, physical inventory on the shelves. Armed with a handheld scanner and an inventory list, you walk through the warehouse to count products and register any discrepancies. You start your workday at 08:00 and work accurately within computer systems to update data directly. A responsible and active logistics role where your eye for detail makes all the difference!

Job description

• Daily physical counting and verification of warehouse inventory (cycle counting)
• Identifying, investigating, and registering any stock discrepancies
• Processing count data accurately into computer systems and Microsoft Excel
• Checking warehouse locations to ensure products are placed correctly
• Working closely with the supervisor and administrative team to maintain high inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Proficient with computers; experience with Microsoft Excel or WMS systems is a major plus
• Good command of the English language (Dutch is not required)
• You work with high accuracy, structure, and possess an analytical mindset
• Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
• Experience in a logistics environment or with inventory control is an advantage
