What you’ll do
As Food & Beverage Associate, you’ll be the face of our restaurant and bar, delivering exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and flair. You will advise guests on menu choices, explaining the structure of dishes, preparation methods, and flavor combinations. You’ll also guide them in choosing the right wine pairing according to complementary, contrasting, or enhancing taste principles. In addition, you’ll perform special serving techniques and tableside preparations, ensuring every detail adds to the guest’s experience.
In your role, you will also take on light supervisory responsibilities, guiding and coordinating 1–2 colleagues in daily service tasks. You’ll work according to HACCP, safety, and hygiene regulations, and contribute to the smooth, professional flow of service at all times.





What we’re looking for
• MBO 3 working and thinking level, with hospitality background
• Knowledge of company-specific regulations and (legal) safety and hygiene standards
• Experience with special serving techniques and tableside preparations at a near-gastronomy level
• Strong wine knowledge, including the primary flavor profiles of key grape varieties
• A guest-focused mindset with excellent communication and advisory skills
• A true team player, able to support and guide colleagues where needed
• Good command of English or Dutch
