agency Manpower is looking for a Spanish speaking Payroll
Specialist in Terneuzen. As
a Payroll Specialist for Spain, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring
accurate and compliant payroll processing for all Spanish
employees. From managing data and collaborating with HR partners to
overseeing audits and system improvements — your work keeps
everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What you’ll do:
- Deliver payroll, time & absence, and data
management services for Spain
- Ensure accurate
and timely salary payments and statutory reporting
- Safeguard confidentiality and compliance with
Spanish payroll legislation
- Support audits,
internal controls, and process improvements
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and
internal HR teams
- Assist employees by
resolving payroll-related questions quickly and accurately

Functie-eisen
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, or related
field
- At least five years of payroll
experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
(spoken and written) because of job duties
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused
and self-motivated mindset
Preferred
experience:
- Familiarity with Workday,
ServiceNow, ADP Streamline, and/or SAP
- Knowledge of additional European languages
- Experience in high-volume operational
environments
- Background in audit participation
or internal controls
