Agency notice: Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanish speaking Payroll Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver payroll, time & absence, and data management services
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to employees and authorities
• Maintain confidentiality and precision while handling sensitive payroll data
• Collaborate on strategic improvement and change projects within HR Solutions
• Oversee compliance processes, internal controls, and audit coordination
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers
• Support employees by resolving payroll-related queries within agreed timelines

Working hours

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular office hours.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, or related field
• At least five years of payroll experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) because of job duties
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused and self-motivated mindset

Preferred experience

• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Streamline, and/or SAP
• Knowledge of additional European languages
• Experience in high-volume operational environments
• Background in audit participation or internal controls
