Manpower is looking for a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist, you play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the project execution schedule within the Global Project Methodology (GPM). You'll be the go-to expert for construction planning, ensuring every phase, from design to delivery, stays on course.

Your insights will drive efficiency, minimize risks, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout all project stages. What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain integrated master project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
• Coordinate inputs from contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create accurate forecasts and progress reports
• Perform critical path analysis and proactively identify schedule risks or delays
• Lead teams in forecasting challenges and propose effective recovery plans
• Support continuous improvement of construction scheduling processes within the organization
• Coach and mentor junior schedulers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
