Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Spanishspeaking Payroll Specialist for Dow inTerneuzen.

As PayrollSpecialist, you’ll take ownership of payroll delivery andcompliance for Spain:

• Deliver payroll, time& absence, and data management services
• Ensure accurate and timely payments toemployees and authorities
• Maintainconfidentiality and precision while handling sensitive payroll data
• Collaborate on strategic improvement andchange projects within HR Solutions
• Overseecompliance processes, internal controls, and audit coordination
• Manage relationships with external payrollproviders
• Support employees by resolvingpayroll-related queries within agreed timelines

Functie-eisen

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Finance, or relatedfield
• At least five years of payrollexperience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish(spoken and written) because of job duties
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention todetail
• Ability to manage competing prioritiesin a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focusedand self-motivated mindset

Preferred experience:

• Familiarity withWorkday, ServiceNow, ADP Streamline, and/or SAP
• Knowledge of additional European languages
• Experience in high-volume operationalenvironments
• Background in audit participationor internal controls
