Manpower is looking for a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist, you will be the technical resource for scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM). You are responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall construction schedule baseline and reporting on project progress. Your role ensures that all construction activities stay within agreed timelines and that deviations are quickly identified and solved.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing and maintaining integrated master project schedules, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages
• Coordinating input from construction contractors and internal teams to create accurate forecasts and reports
• Performing critical path analysis and identifying risks in the schedule
• Leading project teams in forecasting challenges and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Evaluating deviations and preparing recovery plans when necessary
• Supporting continuous improvement in Construction Schedule Management processes
• Providing technical coaching and promoting knowledge exchange within the team

Working hours
You will work full-time from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs.
