Manpower is lookingfor a Senior Construction Scheduling Specialist for Dow inTerneuzen.

As a SeniorConstruction Scheduling Specialist, you will be the technicalresource for scheduling within the Global Project Methodology(GPM). You are responsible for establishing and maintaining theoverall construction schedule baseline and reporting on projectprogress. Your role ensures that all construction activities staywithin agreed timelines and that deviations are quickly identifiedand solved.

Your main tasksinclude:

• Developing and maintainingintegrated master project schedules, including design, procurement,construction, and commissioning stages
• Coordinating input from constructioncontractors and internal teams to create accurate forecasts andreports
• Performing critical path analysis andidentifying risks in the schedule
• Leadingproject teams in forecasting challenges and proposing solutions tokeep projects on track
• Evaluating deviationsand preparing recovery plans when necessary
• Supporting continuous improvement inConstruction Schedule Management processes
• Providing technical coaching and promotingknowledge exchange within the team

Functie-eisen

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g.mechanical, E&I, construction technology) OR10 years of relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in constructionscheduling
• Minimum 5 years of experienceworking for an asset owner or EPC company as a constructionscheduler
• Practical experience coordinatingmultiple subcontractors (civil, structural steel, piping,insulation, scaffolding, etc.)
• At least 5years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6
• Strong knowledge of project controls,engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines
• Ability to lead teams, perform detailedschedule analyses, and propose solutions under pressure
