Employment agency Manpower is looking for Payroll Representatives for Dow Terneuzen.

As a Payroll Representative, you will ensure that employees in Spain are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local regulations, employment conditions, and company policies. You will play a crucial role in payroll administration and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Processing Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and payments to employees and local authorities.
• Maintaining internal control and compliance frameworks, including internal and external audits.
• Responding to and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Representing the Payroll team in projects and process improvements.
• Identifying and escalating complex payroll issues when necessary.

• Gross salary between €3,420 and €3,950 per month.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week.

Functieeisen

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, ADP Payroll Systems, and SAP is a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
