As a Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely payments. Your efforts will directly contribute to Dow's cash flow optimization and financial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounts receivable collection calls and meetings.
• Contact customers to resolve payment issues and investigate disputes.
• Influence customer payment behaviors to ensure timely payments.
• Proactively collect on near-due invoices to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Manage customer account reconciliations, including offsets, manual cash applications, and reinstatements.
• Process customer sales adjustments while ensuring compliance with internal financial controls.
• Identify and analyze aging invoices and expiring payment agreements, recommending corrective actions.
• Work closely with team leads and business units to address and prevent recurring payment issues.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, Access, and Word for financial reporting and data analysis.

• Gross salary of €2.827,17 - €3.656,26 per month.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week.

Functieeisen

• Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a Service Center environment.
• Fluent in Spanish (minimum B2/C1 level) and English, as communication with customers will be in these languages
• Strong knowledge of SAP, financial processes, and accounts receivable best practices.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week
• Experience in supervising teams and working in a complex business environment is a plus.
